BANANAS – A very interesting FACTS

Renungkan

Menurut perancang kewangan tersohor dunia, Robert Kiyosaki, apa yg membezakan di antara golongan miskin/pertengahan dgn org kaya adalah org kaya sentiasa mengambil masa/serta menuntut ilmu utk berfikir serta membina platform kekayaaan (seperti pendapatan PASIF) manakala golongan miskin/pertengahan hanya bekerja utk membayar hutang/bil/tax.

Erti kata lain, org kaya amat bijak di dlm persoalan bagaimana HENDAK MEMBUAT WANG BEKERJA UTK MEREKA manakala org miskin/pertengahan HANYA BEKERJA SEMATA2 UTK DUIT. Oleh itu yg demikian, tdk hairan jika sebahagian bsr daripada masyarakat kita (tempatan mahupun luar negara) sanggup bekerja 24 jamsehari/7 hr seminggu demi mendapatkan pendapatan tambahan.

Dan sebahagian dr kita berfikir/berkata buat apa kita perlu risau tentang persoalan kewangan seperti persaraan kerana penabungan Kumpulan Wang Simpanan Pekerja (KWSP) kan ada (bagi pekerja sektor swasta shj)?

Buat makluman para pembaca budiman, oleh keranasikap sedemikianlah maka kita sebagai rakyat Malaysia bukan saja terjebak di dlm kehidupan 'Rat Race' kerana di saat2 akhir kita terpaksa menerima realiti kewangan kita seperti fakta2 di bawah:-

- 99% drpd pengeluaran skim KWSP adalah dibuat secara 'lum sum' pada umur 55 thn dan secara ratanya, simpanan ini habis dipakai di dalam masa 3-10 thn shj.

- 90% drpd pencarum KWSP sekarang ini mempuyai tabungan dibwh RM100k

- 83% drpd pencarum KWSP telah menggunakan simpanan persaraan seblm waktunya utk menampung sebahagian drpd keperluan kewangan mereka.

- 39% drpd pencarum KWSP mengatakan bahawa mereka perlu bekerja utk menampung kehidupan mereka selepas waktu persaraan dan

- Lebih separuh drpd populasi negara Malaysia tercinta ini masih blm lg memikirkan berapakah jumlah tabungan yang cukup utk persaraan dengan selesanya.

3 Strategi Perniagaan Steve Jobs

1. Fikir berbeza

Slogan apple satu masa dulu adalah "Think Different". Slogan yang begitu simple, tetapi memberi makna yang hebat.

Dalam perniagaan, kita perlu ciptakan perbezaan dalam perniagaan kita. Kita tidak boleh lakukan perkara yang sama dengan pesaing kita oleh kerana, ia tidak dapat membezakan kita dan pesaing. Untuk mendapat pasaran perniagaan yang lebih besar, cari kelainan dan ciptakan perbezaan untuk perniagaan kita. Sama ada pada harga, pada kualiti, pada kecepatan, pada perkhdmatan, pada rekabentuk dan sebagainya.

Apple berjaya mencipta kelainan daripada pesaing-pesaing oleh kerana menitik berat aspek kualiti dan rekabentuk gajet yang unik dan cantik seperti iPad, iPod, iPhone dan sebagainya!

2. Komunikasi dalam perniagaan

Steve Jobs bukan sahaja pakar dalam bidang perniagaan, tetapi juga pakar dalam bidang komunikasi. Setiap kali pelancaran produk Apple, Steve Jobs akan turun padang dan memberi persembahan/talk ringkas mengenai produk terbarunya.

Steve Jobs sering mendapat pujian dari segi komunikasinya yang amat mudah dan boleh mencapai pelbagai usia dan latar belakang. Dalam perniagaan, komunikasi adalah amat penting, hinggakan kejayaan sesuatu perniagaan bergantung kepada komunikasi yang efektif.

Permudahkan perniagaan kita. Steve Jobs menekankan 'simplicity' dalam hidupnya, bukan sahaja dalam produk-produk yang dihasilkan oleh Apple yang menggunakan konsep minimalis, tetapi juga dalam hidup harian dirumahnya dilaporkan menggunakan konsep Zen dan tidak mempunyai banyak perabot!

Dari segi perniagaan, dengan memudahkan segala urusan – jual beli, rekacipta, laman web, pemasaran, dan lain-lain, ia juga memudahkan pelanggan.
